Applied Electric & Electronic Materials Laboratory

Welcome to CNU AEEM LAB

Welcome to our lab. Our research focuses on the development of energy harvesting devices using piezoelectric and triboelectric effects, and developing sensors using these mechanisms. We aim to utilize our devices as power source for various sensors operating in IoT environment. In addition, we develop high-performance filter media to cope with ultrafine particulate matters, and electronic sensors using 3D printers, dielectric materials with high dielectric constant and low loss for 3D printers.

Our research is funded by National Resarch Foundation, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Science and ICT, and KEPCO Research Institue.

Position available: there are several openings for graduate students who are interested in our research. Do not hesitate to contact Prof. Nah (e-mail:, tel: 042-821-5655)
